			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In honor of his status as the “Real Estate Guru,” Prudential California Realty asked Phil Immel to introduce a featured speaker at the annual meeting of the Luxury Properties Division, which was recently held at the W Hotel in Hollywood.</p>
<p>Immel is pictured with two of the real estate industry’s leading executives, Ron Peltier, chairman and CEO of the firm’s parent company, HomeServices of America, and Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC and president of Prudential Real Estate.</p>
<p>Noted experts in ultra-high-end properties from Santa Barbara to San Diego attended the event. “It was an honor to be mentioned alongside such well-known and respected names as Ron Peltier and Earl Lee,” says Immel, who is one of only 16 of the division’s Luxury Properties Directors.</p>
<p>Immel has been a licensed broker since the age of 19. With a degree in real estate from San Diego State University’s Business School, he has excelled as a result of his focus on helping his clients make educated decisions.</p>
