By 28 years old, he became the youngest Vice President of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in the United States. He was promoted to the corporate office in Newport Beach and reported to the Chairman of the Board. After an illustrious corporate career, Phil went back into sales when his daughter Torie was born. After joining Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway, he became the #1 agent in Orange County and #8 in the U.S.A. In 2018, he joined forces with Pacific Sotheby’s in Dana Point. Today, he is the proud father of 3 children. After college, son Ryan joined his Dad as a Father/Son team. It’s a blend of “old school meets new school.”
